BELOIT — Jon Coulter, who has worked for Hendricks Holding Co. for nearly 20 years, has been appointed as non-executive chairman of NorthStar Medical Technologies.
Coulter has been a NorthStar board member since 2010. Hendricks Holding Company is the majority shareholder and lead investor in NorthStar.
Coulter succeeds Dr. Stephen Merrick, who joined NorthStar in 2016 and served as executive chairman since July 2023. Merrick retired in August.
NorthStar Medical Technologies is the parent organization of several wholly-owned subsidiaries, including NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, which is developing next-generation cancer treatments in Beloit. ABC Supply co-founder Diane Hendricks also is on the board.
Coulter, who lives in the Milwaukee area, currently is managing director of Hendricks Holding Co. and oversees several HHC portfolio companies.
Dr. Frank Scholz is the president and CEO of NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes.
NorthStar opened its facility at 1800 Gateway Blvd. in the Gateway Business Park in Beloit in 2014. The company specializes in diagnostic and medical treatment products.
