Multiple roads to be closed in Temple for Tanglefoot Music & BBQ Festival – KCENTV.com

TEMPLE, Texas — The much-awaited Tanglefoot Music & BBQ Festival is coming to Temple this September, promising two days of live music, Texas BBQ and more.
The festivities will also cause road closures across the downtown area. The City has released the full list of road closures for the festival, as well as parking information.
The festival itself will take place on Friday, Sept. 12 and Saturday, Sept. 13, but road closures will being on Tuesday, Sept. 9 and remain in place through Monday, Sept. 15, according to the City.
The full list of closures is as follows:
Tuesday, Sept. 9, beginning at 5 a.m.:
Wednesday, Sept. 10, beginning at 8 a.m.:
Thursday, Sept. 11, beginning at 6 p.m.:
Friday, Sept. 12, beginning at 8 a.m.:
The City of Temple said all road closures will remain in place through the end of the festival on Sept. 13, though roads surrounding the MLK Festival Grounds will remain closed for teardown and cleanup on Sept. 14 and 15.
The City said the following facilities will also be closed:
Official parking for the Tanglefoot Festival will be available at the Wilson Recreation Center with a $5 per person shuttle service provided, according to the City.
