China Eastern Airlines Leverages Travelport’s NDC-Enabled Multi-Source Technology in Extended Partnership – Travel And Tour World

Travelport, a leading global technology provider facilitating bookings for countless travel suppliers across the globe, has unveiled a new extended multi-source content agreement with China Eastern Airlines. This collaboration includes access to New Distribution Capability (NDC) content. China Eastern Airlines, a prominent member of the SkyTeam Alliance, stands as one of China’s top three airlines.
Through Travelport’s advanced NDC solution, travel agencies can effortlessly search, reserve, and handle NDC-based bookings with China Eastern Airlines. The solution also supports essential post-booking services like cancellations and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for travel agents and their clients.

Travelport offers an advanced suite of NDC solutions designed to empower modern travel retailers. These tools enable agents and travelers to seamlessly browse and compare various offers, make well-informed decisions, and efficiently manage NDC bookings with partners such as China Eastern Airlines. Additionally, the AI-powered Content Curation Layer (CCL) and Content Optimizer integrated into Travelport+ simplify the search process, providing fast, intelligent, and personalized access to enriched NDC and traditional content for a superior booking experience.
